Acceptance

By using this website or commissioning an engagement, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of a regulated entity, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Services

Cortex Tempobase provides advisory engagements such as compliance analytics assessments, visualization workshops, regulatory reporting visualization projects, and retainers. Descriptions on this site are informational; the signed statement of work controls deliverables, fees, and timelines.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing methods, templates, and materials remain the property of Cortex Tempobase Co., Ltd. Client data and client-owned reports remain the client’s property. Final deliverables created for a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal regulatory and governance use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate documents, timely access to stakeholders, and any regulatory context needed to scope the work. Delays in access may extend timelines without reducing fees already earned for work performed.

Liability

Advisory findings support management judgment; they are not a statutory audit, legal opinion, or regulatory filing. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cortex Tempobase’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information shared during an engagement and use it only for the agreed purpose, subject to legal disclosure duties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
