Refund and cancellation policy
This policy covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for Cortex Tempobase advisory engagements.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Cortex Tempobase Co., Ltd. for assessments, workshops, reporting visualization projects, and retainers described on this site. Informational website content has no purchase price.
Timeframe
Refund requests should be emailed to info@cortex-tempobase.click within 14 days of the triggering event (cancellation confirmation or disputed invoice date).
Workshops
Full refund if you cancel at least 10 business days before the scheduled session. Fifty percent refund between 9 and 5 business days. No refund within 4 business days, though you may reschedule once within 60 days subject to advisor availability.
Assessments and reporting projects
The 40% deposit is refundable in full if we cancel. If you cancel before kickoff documents are exchanged, we refund the deposit minus an administrative fee of THB 5,000. After kickoff, fees for completed stages are earned; unused prepaid amounts for stages not started may be refunded partially after a written progress note.
Retainers
Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Unused hours do not roll beyond the agreed month unless stated in the statement of work. Early termination after the minimum period requires 30 days’ written notice; prepaid unused future months are refundable.
Non-refundable items
Travel booked at the client’s request, third-party room hire arranged for the client, and completed findings workshops are non-refundable once delivered.
No-shows and work already started
Missed workshop attendance without prior notice is billed in full. Work already started on assessments — document review hours logged — is charged at the agreed rate and deducted before any partial refund.
Process and timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Banking delays outside Thailand may add transfer time.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is available for workshops with at least 5 business days’ notice. Additional changes may incur a THB 3,000 scheduling fee.
