Evidence from completed engagements

Quotes and short project notes from compliance and risk leaders who commissioned assessments, workshops, reporting visualization, or retainers.

The assessment forced us to defend every chart in our AML pack with the underlying extract. Two slides we had shown for years could not survive that scrutiny, which was uncomfortable and exactly what we needed.

Our half-day workshop replaced a crowded heat map with a ranked action table. The committee finished twenty minutes early because people stopped arguing about shades of orange.

Prasert K. · Risk committee secretary, life insurer · Risk Visualization Workshop

Cortex Tempobase rebuilt our quarterly supervisory narrative around three questions the examiner actually asks. Drafts still take time, and we still argue over wording, but the charts finally match the story.

The monthly retainer gives us a second pair of eyes before packs leave the building. I would prefer faster turnaround in filing season, yet the review notes catch issues our authors miss when they are tired.

Compliance Analytics Assessment

Rebuilding a bank’s quarterly AML narrative

A Bangkok commercial bank asked us to review its quarterly AML analytics after a supervisory letter questioned unexplained alert spikes. Over four weeks we inventoried the extracts behind each chart, interviewed the monitoring team, and rebuilt the pack around corridor-level movement and rule-change effects. The bank kept its existing monitoring software; the change was in how evidence reached the board.

Regulatory Reporting Visualization

Conduct risk charts for an insurer’s OIC pack

A life insurer preparing an OIC-facing conduct summary had complaint bars that hid aging cases. We introduced age-band views and a root-cause completion rate beside volume. Product owners could finally see which lines closed issues and which only reduced open counts by reclassification.
