Preparing Visualization Briefs Before an Assessment
A short checklist for regulated firms that want a compliance analytics assessment to start from real evidence rather than generic templates.
An assessment moves faster when the firm arrives with sample outputs, not only policies. Bring the last two board risk packs, one regulatory submission, and the working spreadsheet behind each published chart.
Write a one-page brief naming the audience for each pack: board, management committee, or supervisor. The same indicator often needs a different grain of detail for each room.
List the Thai regulations or circular themes you treat as in-scope. Without that boundary, advisors waste days reconstructing your obligation map from public sources alone.
Finally, note known weak spots honestly. Assessments that hide the messy reports produce polite findings that never reach the issues your team already worries about.
